David recommended a fantastic painter who went above and beyond, fixing holes in walls from art/fixtures, cleaning up scuffed baseboards, and even recaulking shower and tub! Staging service was phenomenal to work with. Excellent negotiation skills on offer acceptance night, resulted in a great final price. 100% would recommend.
