Grow Wealth Through Equity

One set of investor-clients purchased their first condo for $300,000 in 2015. Then, they refinanced that condo in 2017 to free up a down payment on a second condo which they bought for $345,000. They repeated that process again by purchasing a third condo for $525,000 in 2019. To date, they own three condos and a triplex, and have paid down a substantial portion of the mortgages owing on all four properties. Knock-on-wood, they have also never had a problem tenant—largely because we have leased all their units and we employ a very stringent qualification process.
