For the initial consultation, David was highly prepared. He’d done his homework on the area/property and brought a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis. David also handed us ample take-home reading material that outlined what to expect from the home selling process, his team’s responsibilities, and what it is like to work with him.

David brought in his trusted interior decorator and general contractor during the follow-up consultation. Watching the three of them go through every room, working in synergy, bouncing ideas off of each other was impressive. I knew I was in good hands. Once the scope of work was finalized, the team went to work right away. David kept us informed of the latest and stayed on top of things to ensure everything went according to schedule. Throughout the whole project, David took care of everything, and all I had to do was inspect the finished product.
