Born and raised in Toronto, David attended both elementary and high school not too far from Bosley Real Estate’s corporate head office in Leaside, and currently calls nearby Bennington Heights “home.”

Now an industry veteran approaching two decades in the business, David built the Toronto Realty Group to allow him to work with existing and new clients without sacrificing the level of service. At the same time, David has been able to work with Richard, Christopher, Matthew, Tara, and their clients to the benefit of the entire team.

Writing three to four blog posts per week, every week, for 16 years, David has met his objective to empower and educate the consumer while providing a forum for Torontonians to talk all things real estate, any time the mood strikes. 

Background

David is the founder of TRG, but also the mind behind one of Toronto’s most popular real estate websites, Toronto Realty Blog. What started as a passion project and attempt to “be different” back in 2006 ended up changing organized real estate forever, helping to usher a new generation of real estate insights, technologies, and agents into an industry that so badly needed a refresh!

David is proud to have been Bosley Real Estate Brokerage’s number-one agent for the last seven years, but is even prouder to have seen Richard and Christopher included in Bosley’s prestigious “Top Ten” and to have seen both Matthew and Tara win the “Rookie of the Year” in their respective first years in the industry.
